Microsoft Azure Marketplace
Microsoft Azure Marketplace offers various apps to enhance the Azure cloud computing experience.
About Microsoft Azure Marketplace
Azure Marketplace is Microsoft's catalog of applications and services designed to run on or extend Azure, spanning virtual machine images, containers, SaaS offerings, and consulting services. Independent vendors publish solutions that customers deploy into their Azure subscriptions, with free and paid listings both available. Publishing requires enrolling as a Microsoft partner and setting up a commercial marketplace account, so a partnership agreement precedes any listing.
Vendors define plans and pricing in Partner Center, and the publisher guide documents transactable offers, metering, and how billing is consolidated onto the customer's Azure invoice. Development targets Azure Resource Manager templates, managed applications, and SaaS fulfillment APIs. Because deployments land inside customer subscriptions, offers undergo validation and certification before going live. The marketplace serves organizations already standardized on Microsoft's cloud.
